4. Delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to production or transportation delays.

5.Installation will be provided only for eligible products.

6.Customers must inspect the furniture at the time of delivery and report any damage immediately.

7.Natural variations in wood grain, color, and fabric are not considered defects.

8.Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, fire, insects, or normal wear and tear.

9.Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

10.Storage charges may apply if delivery is delayed at the customer’s request.

11.The shop is not responsible for damage caused during shifting after delivery.

12.Any modification or repair by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.

13.Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.
